John Martino, MBA

With over 25 years of expertise in procurement, supply chain, operations, and operational excellence, John A. Martino leads Pro-Cure Choice with a wealth of industry knowledge. His specialization lies in developing strategies that establish sustainable business models, emphasizing collaboration and innovation.

Throughout his career, John has successfully transformed global teams within Fortune 500 companies, focusing on the triad of People, Process, and Value. He has spearheaded global outsourcing initiatives across manufacturing and financial services sectors, establishing operations across the US, APAC, and EMEA.

An accomplished public speaker and author, John is widely regarded as a subject matter expert in Operations, Supply Chain, and Lean Six Sigma. He has led over 75 process improvement initiatives globally, serving as a Sensei in optimizing operations.

Prior to founding Pro-Cure Choice, John held pivotal positions of increasing responsibility with renowned Fortune 500 companies, including Aetna, Duracell, Hillenbrand, Stanley Black & Decker, and Teleflex.

John earned his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lally School of Management and holds a BS from Central Connecticut State University.

Kurt Bauer, MBA

Kurt brings over 25 years of Finance expertise to Pro-Cure Choice having held several leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies. With a specialty in the Finance and Insurance sector having worked for companies such as CVS, Aetna, Cigna and Hartford insurance.
He has developed and deployed financial models streamlining the FP&A process.

In addition he has led finance teams, specializing in the creation of Enterprise Value Analysis.

Kurt is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in Finance from Quinnipiac University

Meghan joined Pro-cure Choice after earning her MBA in Supply Chain from Bryant University. Since joining, she has made an immediate impact working with several key Fortune 500 clients. In her role, Meghan has demonstrated the power of using data analytics to help clients understand their key vulnerabilities in order to predict potential supply chain disruption.
